We will schedule a remote session of 15-30 minutes, at no cost, with one of our Senior PMs. We will validate your objectives and confirm which service best fits your needs.

Proposal and Agreement

We will send you a formal proposal with the exact deliverables, the fixed cost (for Packs) or the monthly retainer. Upon acceptance, we will sign the service agreement.

Kick-Off Meeting

We hold the first strategic meeting (kick-off) with your key team. We define access to tools and the cadence of communication (in Spanish, English, or Portuguese).

Let's get to work!

Your Senior PM begins execution (diagnosis, coordination, or PMO implementation), and you will receive the first progress report within the first 7/15 days.
